Shipping policy

Once you have placed an order with us, we start the production straight away. All our jewellery is handmade with utmost care, especially for you.

• How much does you charge for UK delivery?

All orders placed with us include fee UK Delivery  we send your jewellery in an insured manner. All our dispatches are made through Royal Mail, so your jewellery is fully insured while it's on it's way to you. Please ensure somebody is present to receive the parcel at your chosen address.

• When will I receive my order?

All our jewellery is specially made for you. Our usual processing time is approximately 12-15 working days. Some of our items may take a fraction longer or smaller depending on the intricacy. Full Hoop Eternity Rings have to be made to size, delivery will be 3-4 weeks.  We will keep you updated of the process, wherever possible. Should you wish to receive your order earlier, for a special occasion or a surprise, get in touch with our team on info@eternityjewels.co.uk and we can keep it on a priority for you.

• I need my order for a specific date!

If you wish to receive your order on a specific date, get in touch with our team and we can try our best to process your order sooner.

• Can I collect my jewellery from the store?

You are more than welcome to visit our store in Hatton Garden to collect your jewellery.

Please note - You will have to bring a copy of your online order receipt with you and a proof of identification.

• How long will a bespoke jewellery piece take?

• Shipping info on international shipping,

All our international parcels are sent via Fedex. There is a nominal fee for this, which you can find out by getting in touch with us at info@eternityjewels.co.uk Please be advised that you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country.
